One of the best parts of visiting Oberholtzer's Sorghum is seeing authentic sorghum syrup made the old-fashioned way. Throughout the cooking season, we'll keep this page updated so you'll know when we're cooking and welcoming visitors.

See the Tradition in Action
Can't catch us on a cooking day? This video takes you behind the scenes of Oberholtzer's Sorghum, following the journey from freshly harvested cane to pure, golden sorghum syrup. Along the way, you'll discover the family tradition and the carefully watched process that has shaped every batch since 1976.
Can't Visit Today?
Even if we're not cooking today, you can still enjoy the same pure, traditionally crafted sorghum syrup at home. Every batch is carefully watched from freshly pressed cane to finished syrup, using our family's custom steam-heated cooking process to create the rich flavor and smooth texture that's perfect for baking, breakfast, and everyday cooking.
